**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure smooth supply chain management for raw materials and finished products.
- Lead and manage plant staff, providing direction, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain plant equipment and machinery to ensure mínimal downtime and high efficiency.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align operations with business goals.
- Develop reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices in biomass processing and sustainable energy production.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- **5+ years** of experience in plant operations, preferably in the **biomass, renewable energy, or manufacturing sector.**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of biomass processing and supply chain management is an advantage.
- Experience in implementing operational efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, production planning, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
