Purchase Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day purchase of raw materials, equipment, and consumables as per production requirements.
- Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure quality materials at competitive prices.
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Coordinate with the accounts and production departments for purchase orders and material planning.
- Inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Keep track of all invoices, bills, and delivery challans.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area.
- Prepare daily and monthly stock reports for management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Supply Chain preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in purchase or store management (manufacturing/factory setup preferred).
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory software or MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹11,697.91 - ₹25,189.12 per month

Work Location: In person
