**Roles & Responsibilities**
**1. In Preparation and raising of Letter of Credit (LC) and Amendment on TON.**
**2. Management of Buyer's Credit documentation**
**3. Independently Handling calls of Banks and Suppliers.**
**4. Preparation of reports at year end and on quarterly basis such as Unhedged pending Forex, Forex fluctuation booking, License utilization.**
**5. Management of Daily Records and follow up from suppliers for shipments.**
**6. Managing payments such as Payment of Custom Duty and Payments to shipping Lines**
**7. Scrutiny of Bills such as Godown Bills and CHA Bills.**
**8. Working knowledge of GST and TDS.**
**9. Working knowledge of day-to-day Accounting**
