**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed and accurate information regarding visa processes and admission requirements for various countries.
- Counsel students and families on educational opportunities, program choices, and career planning.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and other relevant organizations.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and document processing in the CRM system.
- Conduct seminars and information sessions to educate prospective students and parents about study abroad opportunities.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet company targets.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Marketing is Preffered.
- Proven experience in sales and related fields.
- Freshers are also invited with passion and ambitions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
