About Us:
At Bitsport, we’re passionate about sports and innovation. We manage athletes, create engaging campaigns, and help our clients reach their audience through strategic social media initiatives. We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Associate to join our team and help us amplify our presence across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee social media accounts for Bitsport and our clients.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with brand goals.
- Write engaging and compelling copy for posts, stories, and other content formats.
- Schedule and publish posts across multiple social media platforms.
- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing content.
- Multi-task and manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.

Qualifications:

- Freshers are welcome Previous experience in social media management is a plus.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
