shift time : 3 PM - 8 PM

Role and Responsibility:
**Key roles and Responsibility include**:
1) Pre-employment Medical check-up for contract employees as well as AIL employees
with the help of male nurses.
2) Periodical medical check up co-ordination & execution including PR/PO & billing
processing. Also follow up for consultation concern employees, keep a record of same.
3) Legal compliance (100% compliance to applicable records) and reporting related to
OHC.
4) Liaising with nearby Hospitals & Nursing Homes.
5) Active participation through Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) related medical
services with nearby hospitals / nursing homes as instructed by the Management.
6) Support to chief FMO in all terms including annual planning & budgeting of OHC, CAPEX
projects related to OHC etc.
7) Conduction of health promotional initiatives w.r.t annual schedule.
8) Role in employee health awareness programmes. Training & Education to all employees
related to health.
9) Ensure the highest level of medical emergency preparedness at site.
10)Conduct periodic health survey / study in-house or through outside expert as and when
instructed by the Management.
11) Guide to maintain good occupational hygiene in plant. Conduct hygiene inspection of
workplace including canteen & submit report along with observations &
recommendations.
12) Liaison with industrial health government agencies, factory inspector & certifying
surgeon.
13) Ensure upkeep of all medical equipments & ambulance.
14) Ensure employee involvement through promotional programmes.

**Job Types**: Contractual / Temporary, Full-time
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹14,266.61 - ₹57,847.15 per month
