You will lead the strategic sourcing efforts for plastics, rubber, and bought-out parts within the **SCM team**. Collaborating with this dynamic team that thrives on innovation and a commitment to groundbreaking product development, you will play a crucial role in shaping our Flexible Energy Stack, comprising the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station), enabling revolutionary 15-minute rapid charging capabilities.

**Your responsibilities will encompass**:

- Drive supplier relationships to deliver supplier partner metrics of cost, quality,
- delivery & localisation
- Negotiate prices, contracts and on-board suppliers in tandem with new
- product development
- Drive sourcing projects, and build process capabilities with partners across
- Plastic, Rubber and Brought out categories.
- Benchmark cost; quality for various electronic parts and assemblies; identify
- suppliers, process capabilities, or technologies that will drive productivity
- Drive supplier engagements to further innovation; quality across products
- Thorough comprehension of plastic, rubber manufacturing processes and production techniques.
- Relevant experience with strategic sourcing of Plastic/Rubber parts
- Structured problem-solving, detail orientation, and customer-first attitude
- Data-driven decision making
