Software Proficiency: Utilize software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, and other relevant tools for modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.

Post-production: Enhance visuals through post-production techniques using software like Photoshop, After Effects, or other similar tools.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in 3D visualization and implement them to improve workflow and output quality.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D visualization, preferably within the architecture or design industry.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in 3D modelling software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.).

Expertise in rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona, etc.).

Strong knowledge of post-production software (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).

Experience with animation software (Maya, Blender, etc.) is a plus.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in 3D visualization, including static renderings and animations.

Soft Skills:
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Effective time management and organisational skills.
