**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **a. Implementation and Maintenance of VMware and Windows, Antivirus, VM Scalability and expansion**:

- **b. Perform maintenance of the VMware and Windows machines and provide resolution of the issues related to these products.**:

- **c. Support in upgradation of existing VM environment into Hyper-converged infrastructure with orchestration layer.**:

- ** d. Quarterly reporting and maintenance of License/inventory management**:

- ** e. The Administration would include**:

- **Installation, Configuration, maintenance, performance tuning, administration, migration / up gradation, patching of VMs/Windows servers at DC/DR Sites.**:

- **Housekeeping of the VMs and Windows Servers for expected performance**:

- **Fine tuning of server parameters**:

- ** Backup of VMs as per IT Policy of RBI/IPPB/DoP**:

- ** Raise SR with OEM for server/VM related issues and follow-up**:

- ** Log monitoring for VMs/Windows servers**:

- ** Migration from Physical to VM.
