LeadSquared is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - PR and Branding to play a pivotal role in shaping our public relations and brand identity. As the Manager - PR and Branding, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive PR and branding strategies that resonate with our business goals.
**Responsibilities**:
Developing and implementing a holistic PR and branding plan that aligns with our business goals and enhances our brand identity.
Managing and overseeing all PR and branding activities, including media relations, press releases, events, awards, and social media.
Managing and coordinating PR vendors and agencies, ensuring seamless integration with branding initiatives.
Owning brand identity for LeadSquared and driving branding activities.
Monitoring and analyzing PR and branding results and metrics, reporting on the effectiveness and ROI of campaigns.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry experts.
Pitching and securing positive media coverage for our products, services, achievements, and thought leadership.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate branding strategies into PR campaigns and vice versa.
**Requirements**:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
At least 5 years of proven experience in PR and branding, preferably in the software or technology sector.
Experience in managing PR vendors and agencies, negotiating contracts, and overseeing budgets.
A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to craft compelling stories and messages that align with our brand.
A strong network of media contacts and a track record of securing positive media coverage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Optional - Proficiency in using PR tools and platforms, such as Cision, Meltwater, or PR Newswire.
