**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Associate to contribute to our marketing efforts. As a female marketing associate, you will play a crucial role in attracting prospective students by reaching out to them via phone calls and other communication channels. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within a vibrant educational environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up with leads and provide information about our institution and offerings.
- Assist in organizing campus events and information sessions for prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation is required. A background in marketing or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
