We’re Hiring: Production Executive

What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical production.In-depth understanding of production processes and quality standards.Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Proven track record of managing production schedules and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. Ensure strict compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, logistics, and R&D, to achieve production goals. Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports for senior management. Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
