Accademic Counselor

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, responsible for communicating the benefits of our CAD programs and scheduling free demo classes. Excellent communication skills and a passion for education are essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about our CAD courses, curriculum, and instructors.
- Schedule and confirm free demo classes, ensuring optimal attendance.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for demo class scheduling.
- Address student queries and concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback on student inquiries and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in [Specify languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Bengali].
- Proven experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students.
- Knowledge of CAD software or a related field (a plus, but not required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software - if applicable).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
