**Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Assess patients' dermatological conditions and collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinic protocols.
- Educate patients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and wellness practices to promote skin health.
- **Clinical Procedures**:

- Assist dermatologists during procedures such as biopsies, minor surgeries, and laser treatments.
- Monitor patients' responses to treatments and procedures, documenting observations and reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- **Patient Education and Support**:

- Provide thorough explanations of treatments, procedures, and medications to patients and their families, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Offer guidance on preventive skincare practices and lifestyle modifications to improve overall skin health and wellness.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and smooth patient flow.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining clinic equipment.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including infection control protocols and patient confidentiality standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

**Requirements**:

- Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State] with current CPR certification.
- Previous experience in dermatology nursing or a strong interest in dermatological care.
- Knowledge of dermatological conditions, treatments, and procedures.
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
