**Job Profile**:
Ensure prompt Secretarial Compliances of the Company and to manage legal and commercial
agreements within the management.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
by and on behalf of the Company to the MCA & RBI as an authorised representative.
- Maintenance of Secretarial records, statutory books and registers.
- Preparation of Agenda for the Board Meeting/ General Meeting and convening the said
meeting including that of drafting minutes of the meeting and maintaining proper records.
- Signing of Annual Return.
- Drafting and vetting commercial Agreement.
- Assist in contract management and maintaining agreement repository.
- Assist in collating and maintaining data on statutory compliances across the Company.
- Monitor the necessary changes in regulatory management and legislation and ensure that the company standards are properly complied before signing new contracts/agreements.
**Technical Skills**:
