We are hiring for Female Receptionists in Chh. Sambhajinagar to **Reception work** at Anandi MultiSpeciality Hospital.

**Job Title : Receptionist (Preferred Female)**

**Qualification**: Graduate/12th pass
- Greet patients, visitors, and staff courteously.
- Provide general information about the hospital services, departments, and policies.
- Direct patients and visitors to the appropriate department or healthcare provider.
- Answer phone calls and manage incoming inquiries.
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments using hospital management software.
- Collect and verify patient information, including personal details, insurance information, and payment details.
- Assist patients in completing forms and necessary documentation.
- Process patient payments, co-pays, and issue receipts.
- Assist with insurance queries and payment disputes, and explain hospital fees when necessary.

**WALK IN Interview Timing : 10 am to 4 pm**
