Foreman - Formwork will be accountable for delivery of all the Shuttering/ Form work for the project in accordance with the L&W objectives and the works are completed in accordance with the agreed scope, time, quality and safety parameters. Roles & Responsibilities Safety Management Ensure Proper use of PPE. Foreseeing & avoiding hazardous working condition. Implementing safe working at site & OSHAS requirement. Making Safety everybody's business. Holding line supervisor responsible for his domain. Fore seeing & avoiding hazardas working condition. Making house keeping a daily routine. Achieving Zero Reportable accidents. Quality Management Avoid re-works in his area of supervision Avoid honeycombing in concrete works executed by him Maintain Lines & Levels as per the drawings. Zero Re-work. Penalty for re-work. Conscious about wastage and minimize by taking necessary steps Materials Management Optimum utilization of shuttering materials Supervising of handling the materials for their right use Minimum wastage of materials. Value Add of Position Qualifications and Education Requirements Education: Any degree Experience: 5 Years of Experience in relevant field Skills & Competence Engineering Project Planning Leadership EHS Coordinating Activities Communication Following up Policies & Procedures Build Effective Teams Customer Management Project Management Business Planning Cross Functional Team Leadership Presentations New Business Opportunities Strategy Negotiation Analytical Skills Business Partering Design

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
