**Operational Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Actively engage with customers to promote FMCG products, explain their features, benefits, and unique selling points.**:

- **Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.**:

- **Influence customers purchasing decision through effective communication and product demonstration.**:

- **Develop and maintain strong relationships with store staff, including store managers, supervisors, and sales associates.**:

- **Ensure adequate stock levels, attractive product displays, and timely replenishment.**:

- **Monitor and maintain the proper placement and visibility of products within the FMCG outlets.**:

- **Ensure that products are correctly priced, labeled, and well
- stocked on shelves and displays.**:

- **Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.**:

- **Conduct product training sessions for store staff to enhance their knowledge and selling skills.**:

- **Serve as a brand ambassador, maintain a professional image and consistently projecting a positive brand image through interactions with customers and store staff.**

**Work towards achieving sales targets, such as volume, revenue, and market share, as defined by the company.**

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 per month
