ReactJS Trainer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES**:

- Provide in-depth instruction on React.js, including its core concepts such as components, state, props, and the component lifecycle.
- Cover related technologies like Redux for state management, React Router for routing, and other popular libraries and tools in the React ecosystem.
- Teach debugging skills and how to troubleshoot common issues that arise during React development.
- Depending on the audience's level, cover advanced topics like server-side rendering (SSR), code splitting, and progressive web app (PWA) development.
- Assess students' progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects. Provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, code samples, and documentation.
- Foster a positive learning environment, encourage collaboration among students, and promote problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the React.js landscape to ensure the training remains relevant.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must have a bachelor degree.
- Should have a deep understanding of React.js, including its core concepts, components, state management, and best practices.
- A strong foundation in web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential for teaching React.js effectively.
- Experience in teaching or training is added advantage.
- Effective communication is key for conveying concepts, answering questions, and facilitating discussions in a training environment.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner,
- should stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in the field.
