**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
