As a Telecaller at Infozub Private Limited, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers. You will play a key role in communicating product benefits, engaging customers, and facilitating a positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to share product information and answer any related queries.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics but also have the ability to go off-script when needed.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Continuously improve through feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or a similar role in sales/customer service.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English [and other languages if required].
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
- Persistent and results-oriented.
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
