Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Develop a variety of digital and print assets, including social media posts, presentations, infographics, eBooks, banners, flyers, and more using Canva Pro.

Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and communicate the desired message effectively.

Template Development: Create reusable templates in Canva Pro for the team to streamline design processes.

Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, marketers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.

Innovation: Stay updated on Canva's latest features, design trends, and best practices to introduce fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

Feedback Integration: Revise and refine designs based on team feedback and project needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Canva Pro.

Deep understanding of Canva's advanced features, including animations, team collaboration tools, and brand kits.

Exceptional creativity, visual design skills, and attention to detail.

Knowledge of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout design.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

[Optional] Experience with other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
