SEO Executive Job Description

**Position Title**: SEO Executive
**Department**: Digital Marketing
**Reports To**: SEO Manager/Digital Marketing Manager
**Location - Jaipur**

**Role Overview**

An SEO Executive is responsible for optimizing a website's content and structure to increase its visibility in search engine results. The role involves analyzing performance data, conducting keyword research, and implementing strategies to improve organic traffic and achieve business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Keyword Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Identify target keywords to drive relevant traffic.
- **On-Page SEO**:

- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking.
- Ensure keyword placement aligns with SEO best practices.
- Create and update XML sitemaps and robots.txt files.
- **Off-Page SEO**:

- Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality backlinks.
- Monitor backlink profiles and disavow harmful links when necessary.
- **Technical SEO**:

- Conduct website audits to identify and resolve technical issues affecting search rankings.
- Work with developers to implement technical improvements like page speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, and structured data.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms to track performance metrics.
- Generate reports on traffic, rankings, and other KPIs, providing actionable insights.
- **Content Optimization**:

- Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly content strategies.
- Optimize blogs, product descriptions, and landing pages for targeted keywords.
- **Competitor Analysis**:

- Monitor competitor websites to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Staying Updated**:

- Keep up with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related fields (preferred).
- Proven experience in SEO or digital marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

**Preferred Experience**
- Knowledge of PPC campaigns and Google Ads.
- Experience with local SEO strategies.
- Familiarity with voice search optimization and video SEO.

**Key Metrics for Success**
- Improvement in organic search rankings for target keywords.
- Increased organic website traffic.
- Growth in conversions from organic sources.
- High domain authority and strong backlink profile.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
