**Role Overview**:
The Vice Principal will play a key leadership role in the overall administration, academics, student discipline, staff management, and smooth functioning of the residential school. The role requires a balance of academic leadership, operational oversight, and pastoral care for students and staff. The Vice Principal will act as the Principal’s second-in-command, ensuring that the school’s vision, values, and policies are implemented effectively.

**Experience with Residential school is a mandate.**

**Key Responsibilities:Academic Leadership**
- Assist the Principal in planning, implementing, and monitoring the academic program aligned with curriculum standards (CBSE/ICSE, as applicable).
- Ensure quality teaching and learning practices across grades through regular classroom observations, teacher mentoring, and academic audits.
- Coordinate curriculum development, assessments, and examination processes.
- Facilitate professional development programs for teachers.

**Administrative & Operational Management**
- Oversee day-to-day school operations in the absence of the Principal.
- Supervise timetable scheduling, duty rosters, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, statutory norms, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with administrative teams on infrastructure, transport, dining, and hostel facilities.

**Student Affairs & Pastoral Care**
- Oversee student discipline, attendance, and overall well-being.
- Act as a mentor and guide for students, fostering a nurturing and inclusive residential school environment.
- Work closely with wardens/house parents to ensure effective residential life management.
- Address parents’ concerns and maintain transparent communication with them.

**Staff Leadership & Development**
- Support in recruitment, onboarding, appraisal, and professional growth of academic and residential staff.
- Motivate and mentor staff to maintain high morale and commitment.
- Create leadership opportunities among faculty through delegation and team collaboration.

**Strategic & Community Role**
- Work with the Principal and management to execute the school’s strategic vision.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, alumni, and the wider community.
- Represent the school in inter-school events, educational forums, and external inspections/accreditations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Master’s degree in Education or relevant field (B.Ed./M.Ed. mandatory).
- 10-15 years of teaching and leadership experience, preferably in a residential school.
- Prior experience as Vice Principal, Head of Department, or Academic Coordinator will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
