Bodyshop Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure speedy maintenance and repair of vehicles through clear identification of customers’ needs and accurate demanded repair understanding by using probing sheet.
- Provide clear cost estimates and keep customers informed of work progress.
- Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes in cost and completion times.
- Allot work to Service Advisors and Supervise the progress
- Ensure clear and invoices that shows all charges.
- Conduct Post-Service Follow-up after 3 days of vehicles delivery to check customer s satisfaction Capturing of Sales and Evaluation inquiry
- Ensure customer delight by working sincerely, with a very positive attitude.
- Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile engineering
- 2-4 years experience in repair and maintenance in car body shop
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate customer needs to workable technician orders.
- Excellent Customer handling
- Internal department co-ordination

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
