Associate - Quality & Delivery

**Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for designing visually stunning and informative presentations? If so, we want you to join our team as a Quality & Delivery (Q&D) Associate**:
As a Q&D Associate in our Design Studio Team, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on creating engaging presentations that convey complex ideas and data to our clients. Your role will involve ensuring the quality and delivery of our presentations while keeping the client’s needs at the forefront of your mind.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting meticulous checks on grammar, punctuation, spelling, omitted/repeated words, double spacing, and typographical errors to ensure that presentations are error-free and polished.
- Creating slides from hand-drawn sketches or images, and fixing titles, positions, color consistencies, font type consistencies, alignments, and distributions across the deck to ensure a consistent and professional look.
- Converting slides from one template to another and doing basic formatting to fix all the issues, ensuring that presentations are optimized for the target audience.
- Elevating the slides by visualizing the layout based on the context to convey the message better to the clients. You will be responsible for collecting imagery, charts, and mínimal text that give an easy-to-understand overview of a topic, making complex information accessible and digestible.
- Creating promotional material for ideas, products, or events that are both eye-catching and informative within the limitations of MS PowerPoint. You will be responsible for incorporating both textual and graphic elements to create presentations that are engaging and memorable.
**Position Requirements**
- 2-5 years of presentation design experience with any bachelor’s degree, demonstrating a track record of success in creating visually stunning and informative presentations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in the English language, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Deep proficiency in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), including the ability to use advanced features and techniques to create visually engaging presentations.
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and manage multiple priorities, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
