**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Facility Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Clean and sanitize patient rooms, procedure areas, consultation rooms, laboratories, and common areas regularly.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of medical and non-medical waste as per clinic guidelines.
- **Hygiene Compliance**:

- Ensure all cleaning protocols align with hospital-grade standards and IVF-specific requirements.
- Replenish supplies such as hand sanitizers, tissues, and cleaning materials in patient and staff areas.
- Follow infection control procedures and use appropriate cleaning agents for sensitive areas.
- **Laundry Management**:

- Collect, clean, and organize linens, scrubs, and patient gowns as per clinic policies.
- Monitor laundry supplies and ensure prompt replacement when needed.
- **Stock and Supplies**:

- Maintain inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies, notifying management when replenishments are required.
- Properly store cleaning tools and chemicals, ensuring they are secure and safely labeled.
- **Support to Operations**:

- Assist in setting up rooms for patient procedures and consultations.
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from staff and management.
- Report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken equipment or fixtures) to the facility manager immediately.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in housekeeping roles, preferably in healthcare settings.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, tools, and hospital hygiene protocols.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment or supplies.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.

- Respectful and professional demeanor with staff and patients.
- Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Punctuality and reliability in daily duties.

**Work Hours**
- Full-time position.
- Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

**Compensation**
- Competitive salary with additional benefits as per company policy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
