The Digital Marketing executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products and services. They will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to achieve business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Set specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- **SEO and SEM**:

- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, etc.
- Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and oversee social media strategy.
- Engage with customers on social platforms, responding to inquiries and fostering community.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Use analytics tools to monitor site metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
- Report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess these against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- **Budget Management**:

- Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget.
- Allocate budget across different digital channels and optimize spend based on performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
