**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct on-the-ground reporting from agricultural regions, mandis, and markets.
- Interview farmers, agri-experts, traders, and other stakeholders to gather their perspectives on key issues.
- Develop compelling stories on how farming practices are evolving with new technology, government policies, and market trends.
- Cover the latest agricultural current affairs, including government policies, market prices, crop updates, and environmental changes affecting agriculture.
- Produce high-quality video content and live broadcasts for Krishak Jagat’s various media channels, including TV, web, and social media.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure the broadcast stories align with the overall content strategy of Krishak Jagat.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in agriculture, ensuring comprehensive coverage.

**Key Qualities & Skills**:

- **Passion for Agriculture**: Deep interest in the farming sector and a strong desire to bring important issues related to farmers and agriculture to light.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to explain complex agricultural topics in a clear and engaging manner.
- **Journalistic Integrity**: A commitment to fair, accurate, and ethical reporting.
- **Fieldwork Experience**: Willingness to travel extensively to rural areas and agricultural hubs to capture real stories.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Ability to work with broadcast equipment (camera, microphone, etc.), conduct live reports, and use video editing software when required.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to work in diverse and sometimes challenging environments, including rural settings.
- **Collaborative Spirit**: Ability to work as part of a team with producers, editors, and social media managers to create impactful stories.
- **Curiosity & Proactiveness**: Enthusiastic about understanding and learning the intricacies of the farming sector, and proactive in finding stories that matter to the agricultural community.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
