**The Role**

Working with a Data team comprising Engineering, Insight and Data Science you will design and implement deep learning/AI/Machine learning models to fit various use cases, productionise machine learning algorithms and provide expertise around model deployment. To take us to the next level, we are looking for extensive experience in Python and unrivalled enthusiasm in how models can be deployed in cloud environments with clean and thorough CI/CD practices. The truth is you will work on all the “normal” Data Science projects (LTV, Churn, Recommenders, Statistical Models) but where TouchNote really differs from other companies in the space is the ownership of our pipeline, independence of thought and the breadth and depth of our text and relationship datasets.

**What you'll do**:

- Prototype, test, and productionise machine learning pipelines to predict user behaviour, identify sentiment, produce relationship maps and work with transactional modelling (LTV, Churn, Segmentation)
- Teach and learn from our Data Scientists and Engineers in how to get real data driven value for our customers and Business users
- Provide solutions for problems with substantial commercial impact
- Perform analysis to identify challenges and opportunities, deriving valuable insights
- Conduct experiments to show causal impact of new ideas or implementations
- Monitor deployments of current modelling and build out a CI/CD pipeline

**Requirements**:
**Who you are**:

- First and foremost a teacher and a great communicator
- At least 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Computer Scientist or Developer
- Deep understanding of embedding methods (ideally graph embeddings), and Deep Learning in general
- Experience in analysing data using statistical techniques and conducting experiments using SQL and Python libraries such as Pandas
- Are extremely capable of working with machine learning software - having a working knowledge of productionising models: Git version control, Jenkins, unit tests, and containerisation softwares such as Docker, AWS Fargate and Kubernetes/ECS/ECR
- Ready to give the level of commitment a high growth start-up needs

**Nice to haves**:

- Some experience of a BI platform (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience in subscription businesses
- Experience working with Product Managers
