**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and oversee all administrative operations across KREON branches.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve administrative queries effectively and promptly.
- Manage procurement processes including vendor coordination and purchase of office supplies.
- Organize and maintain office infrastructure including seating arrangements and workspace setup.
- Address and resolve admin-related issues raised by departments or employees.
- Coordinate and monitor housekeeping services to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Assist in arranging logistics and resources for new requirements or expansions.
- Maintain records related to administrative operations and update management regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0-1 year of experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to branches if required
- Fluency in Hindi (spoken/written) is an added advantage..

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
