**Job description**

As a Content Creator for our education organization, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality educational content to support our mission of delivering engaging and effective learning experiences to our students. Your creativity, passion for education, and strong communication skills will contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**
- **Content Development**:_
- Research, plan, and create educational content such as articles, blog posts, lesson plans, videos, practice questions(multiple choice, fill-ups, drag and drop, matching), infographics, lesson plans, Worksheets, PowerPoint presentations, Theme based practice content and interactive materials aligned with the organization's curriculum and educational goals.
- **Curriculum Enhancement**:_
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of curriculum materials, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.
- **Content Review and Quality Assurance**:_
- Review and revise content for accuracy, coherence, and consistency.
- Collaborate with the editing team to ensure content meets language and style guidelines.
- **Research and Innovation**:_
- Stay updated on the latest educational trends, teaching methodologies, and technology tools to continually improve content quality and delivery methods.
- Experiment with innovative content formats and delivery platforms to enhance learning outcomes.
- **Collaboration**:_
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including educators, designers, marketing, and technology experts, to ensure seamless content creation and delivery processes.
- **Engagement and Feedback**:_
- Engage with students and educators through various channels to gather feedback and insights, using this input to refine and improve content.
- **Project Management**:_
- Manage multiple content creation projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor or higher degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Must have prior experience in the field of education ( maths teacher, tutor or maths content creator)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating various types of multimedia content and using relevant software/tools.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.
- Knowledge of educational technology trends and online learning platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and understandable content.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

**Stipend**
**3K- 3Months**

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹1,000.00 per month
