**About the Client**: One of the leading Electrical component manufacturing organizations.

**Job Purpose**:The purpose of this role is to provide strategic, financial and operational leadership for the company and will closely coordinate and work with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
- Accountable for the entire value chain with P&L responsibility.
- Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
- Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
- Change Management to ensure risk-free & future ready organisation.
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
- Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team.
- Customer relationship Management and market development.
- Driving vision and value of the organization with focus on enhancing brand value.
- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company

**Educational Qualifications And Experience**:

- BE / B. Tech Mechanical / Production / Electrical / Metallurgist.
- MBA degree shall be added advantage.
- Proven experience as CEO or Business Head capacity.
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy demanded with cent percent integrity.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
