**Job Title: Fabrication Fitter**

**Location**: Bulandshahr Industrial Area, Bulandshahr Road

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine job requirements.
- Measure, cut, and assemble metal components using various tools and equipment.
- Perform welding, soldering, and other metal joining processes as needed.
- Inspect and test assembled products for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain and operate machinery and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure project completion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fabrication and fitting processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 5-6 years of experience in fabrication fitting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficient in welding, soldering, and other metalworking processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position based in Bulandshahr Industrial Area.
- Standard working hours with potential for overtime based on project needs.
- Exposure to a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and potential hazards.
