**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily electroplating activities including preparation, plating, and finishing.
- Maintain and monitor plating bath parameters (pH, temperature, chemical concentration).
- Ensure plating quality meets internal and customer specifications.
- Train and guide operators on best practices and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot plating defects and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the quality and maintenance teams for inspections and equipment upkeep.
- Maintain records of plating cycles, chemical usage, and maintenance logs.
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and waste disposal norms.
- Diploma / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in electroplating, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Hands-on knowledge of zinc, nickel, chrome, or tin plating processes.
- Strong understanding of chemical safety, plating defects, and corrective actions.
- Exposure to ISO/TS 16949, 5S, and lean manufacturing practices is an added advantage.
- Good team leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
