**Profile Introduction**:
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote the Mercedes-Benz brand and increase vehicle sales. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, marketing acumen, and a passion for luxury vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales of new and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles by identifying and nurturing leads.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to highlight vehicle features and benefits.
- Create and execute marketing plans to promote new model launches, special events, and sales promotions.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall dealership goals.
- Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Utilize customer feedback and market data to refine marketing and sales strategies.

**Profile Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive or luxury goods sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz brand and automotive industry.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
