**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit, retouch, and enhance photos using Adobe Photoshop to create high-quality visuals for various marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team to bring design concepts to life.
- Prepare images for use in print, digital, and web formats, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Maintain consistent quality and accuracy across all image assets.
- Develop creative layouts, banners, and promotional graphics for digital platforms (e.g., social media, websites).
- Ensure proper file management, including organization and archiving of images and assets.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in Photoshop and graphic design.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience working with Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong proficiency in Photoshop, including advanced techniques such as photo manipulation, color correction, and retouching.
- Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of design principles such as layout, typography, and color theory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in creating digital assets for web, social media, and print is highly preferred.
- A creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback positively.
- Knowledge of design trends and a portfolio that demonstrates skills in Photoshop.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for web image optimization.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
