We are a Real Estate Developer Firm based in Mumbai and have various residential and

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Draft and review contracts including Sale Deed, LOI, Development Agreement, Demand

Letters, Receipts, Memorandum of Understanding, Undertakings, etc.
- Investigation and extraction of Title reports, summaries, and commitments, as required,

Due diligence for acquisition of properties, etc.
- Maintain and review legal documents.
- To ensure all legal obligations and terms are captured to protect the company's interest and

mitigate any risk which may arise from the same.
- To handle all litigation cases. Initiate & conduct legal investigation / research, drafting,

briefing counsels, represent the company in legal cases / litigations.
- Tackle legal issues relating to co-operative societies and condominiums.
- To prepare documentation for obtaining the RERA registrations for projects.
- Aid and support the legal team as may be required in other matters.

**Qualifications**: Must be a Law graduate (LLB/ BLS LLB).

**Experience**:

- Experience in drafting and vetting of Agreements, Deeds, MOUs.
- Experience in due diligence of land, investigation and extraction of title of the property,

mutation entries etc.
- Experience in drafting and vetting notices, letters, Plaints, Petitions etc.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in handling matters relating to co-operative societies

and condominiums.
- Experience in Real estate matters for 1 year.
- Experience in appearing before High Court, District courts, CMM courts, Small Causes

courts, NCLT, District Deputy Registrar etc.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Location**: Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
