**Position Summary**

We are looking for **Admission Counselors** with hands-on experience in student enrollment and academic counseling for online programs of top universities, including:

- Online NMIMS
- Amity University Online
- D.Y. Patil University (Online)
- Online Manipal
- Uttaranchal Online University

The counselor will play a key role in guiding students through course selection, eligibility checking, and final admission closure.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide and support students in selecting the right university and course (MBA/PG/UG) based on their career goals.
- Provide detailed information about Online NMIMS, Amity Online, D.Y. Patil, Online Manipal, and Uttaranchal Online University programs.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions.
- Maintain accurate student records and updates in the CRM.
- Build a trustworthy relationship with students and ensure a high level of student satisfaction.
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with backend and university teams for smooth admission processing.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in education counseling or EdTech sales (preferably online universities).
- Prior experience handling counseling/admissions for NMIMS, Amity Online, Online Manipal, D.Y. Patil, or Uttaranchal Online University is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of CRM systems and lead management tools.
