**Job Summary**:
Seeking a senior Embedded Firmware Engineer to lead firmware development from design to maintenance. The role involves managing projects, defining requirements, and collaborating with teams to ensure technical feasibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead firmware development (design, prototyping, testing, maintenance).
- Plan and manage multiple projects with changing priorities.
- Contribute to requirement engineering and user story preparation.
- Develop quick prototypes to assess feasibility.
- Provide cross-project support in a team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.Tech/BE or M.Tech/ME in ECE/EE/CS/Instrumentation.
- **Experience**:

- 4-8 years of experience in Bare Metal/RTOS programming (C).
- 10+ years of experience in architecture, design, and development with global teams.

**Key Skills**:

- Expertise in Embedded C, ARM Cortex M, RTOS, Bootloaders, FOTA, security.
- Advanced knowledge in C, C++, Python, scripting (Shell), and debugging tools.
- Experience with version control (GIT), CICD, unit testing, and cloud integration (AWS, MQTT).
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (USB, CAN, Ethernet).

**Additional Information**:

- Ideal notice period: 30 days.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
