**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Load and feed raw materials (such as paper, packaging materials, or sheets) into machines.
- Monitor production equipment to ensure continuous operation.
- Assist machine operators in maintaining workflow efficiency.
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality assurance.
- Perform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
- Keep the workstation clean and organized.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to address any production concerns.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role (lifting, standing for long hours).
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the **printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry**.
- Familiarity with production machinery and safety procedures.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
