**Responsibilities**:
- Manage INVENTORY COST AND AVOID LEAKEGES
- Adopt SOP for all products
- Strategies and planning on monthly Sales and Cost control of the Café
- Inventory & Stock management on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Carry out the procedures for money transfer, withdrawal, cash deposit at the bank as required by the 2 projects.
- Perform reconciliation, payment and collection of accounting documents in the project
- Financial Statement Preparation, Reporting, Analysis and Interpretation.
- Management Account Reporting, Budgeting and Variance Analysis.
- Advanced Knowledge in Accounting Entries Treatment.
- Internal Controls, Auditing, Payroll Administration and Strategic Financial Planning.
- Daily imputation of financial entries into the accounting software
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement, Reconciliation of Ledgers, and Resolving of the Differences.
- Banking transactions.
- Monitoring of Accounts Receivables and Payables.
- Administrational duties.
- Petty cash management.
- Proper daily filing system in the account department.
- Daily interaction with Management and taking guidelines for daily admin activity.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
- Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Understanding client’s requirement, follow up and facilitating client service with help of technical team.
- Act as coordinator for internal communications.
- Prepare and updated the report as per the instructions from the higher management.
- Data entries and processing of documents, scan and update the information into the existing computer systems;
- Provide high quality-related administrative support services as required and assigned.
