**Job DescriptionPlumbing and Firefighting Draughtsman - Responsibilities**
- Drafting and designing of PHE (Plumbing System): internal and external drainage, Water supply layouts, water supply and drainage schematics, etc.
- Drafting and Preparation of Single line, Detail design and Shop drawings in Water supply, Drainage & Firefighting services.
- Develop detailed drawings and schematics for plumbing and firefighting systems based on project requirements, codes, and standards.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Preparation of Material take off list and measurement sheet for making Plumbing fire-fighting BOQ.
- Preparation of layouts of firefighting internal external hydrant and sprinkler system and fire pipe layout and sizing.
- Drawing Coordination of with Other Services (Architecture, Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Toilet Detail layout
- WTP, STP, ETP & RO system diagram
- Plant room layout and Tank puddle flange details
- External (storm & sewage services)
- Fire Protection system layout (Sprinkler, Hydrant, Fire extinguisher)
- Internal Hydrant & external hydrant system

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in MEP Services for Mechanical components, HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting layouts for projects
- Projects Experience for Airports, warehouse, Tower, Commercial and Residential Building
- Preference will be given to experience in international projects
- Experience in 2D drawings and Revit preferred

**Job DescriptionPlumbing and Firefighting Design Engineer
- Responsibilities**
- Experience designing plumbing & drainage systems, and fire protection systems.
- Coordinate and collaborate real time with other disciplines such as electrical, structural, architectural and process to develop designs.
- Perform Internal plumbing system include domestic cold & hot water supply, soil, waste & venting, rain water down takes & disposal systems based on rainfall intensity, basement drainage, subsoil drainage
- Hot water system including Hot water generator, Domestic Steam boiler and heat pump etc & relevant design calculations as per standards & applicable code.
- Survey existing systems for documentation and condition assessment.
- Produce shop drawings as per the details given.
- Review project files for compliance with standards/protocols
- Review Manufacturer’s Drawings for Conformance to Project Needs.
- Develop One Line, Protection One Line Diagrams and Construction Documents.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and able to work as an individual contributor or in a team setting
- Coordinate and monitor shop drawings submission schedule
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national fire safety codes and standards.
- Create detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and calculations.
- Collaborate with contractors and project managers during the installation and testing phases of fire protection systems.
- Stay updated on advancements in fire protection technology and industry best practices.
- Provide technical support and expertise to resolve fire protection-related issues during construction or occupancy.**Qualifications & Experience**:

- BE in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 Min years of experience in Plumbing and Firefighting design with drafting
- Oil & Gas, Airports, warehouse, Tower, Commercial and Residential Building
- Preference will be given to experience in international projects
- Must have knowledge on US Plumbing design codes & standards
- Proficient skills and working knowledge of Revit/AutoCAD**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,435.98 - ₹60,000.00 per month
