This AVP RMU Finance and Control (MODEL/ANLYS/VALID MANAGER) position will work within the Model Governance & Control team to coordinate key activities across 600+ risk models responsible for booking ~7MM accounts annually, managing ~40MM customers and the proper regulatory reporting of $140B+ in assets. This role will be part of the US Private Bank & Wealth Management Risk Modeling Utility. This position will also assist to coordinate the governance activities across for the US PBWM Risk Organization to ensure all risk models are compliant with regulatory (OCC, FRB, CFPF) & Citi policy requirements and are properly monitored to ensure all customer decisions continue to satisfy risk appetite framework requirements.

**Business/Department Objectives**:
Establish robust and consistent governance framework and process with all key stakeholders covering topics such as Budget, Expenses, and provide strategic support for management control and review of business.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain the budget and expense monitoring framework
- Provide management and General administration support to the Department Head
- Provide support for capacity planning and maintain risk, control and governance framework

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and tracking quarterly and annual budget, monitoring actual to budgeted variances.
- Collecting and inputting credit operations expense information and building expense forecast model.
- Work on staffing and capacity planning, prepare forecast and outlook reports to be shared with senior leadership.
- Gathering and compiling agreements metrics and tracking financial commitments to ensure proper management of expenses in conjunction with capacity planning.
- Analyzing actuals data across service providers to drive forecasts.
- Preparing reports and forecasts based on contract terms and / or actual expenses.
- Tracking and monitoring costs related to various products and vendors and conducting cost analysis.
- Maintaining tight control and monitoring of the expense management process and related documentation.
- Maintaining confidentiality of all pertinent information.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Preparing Outlook reports per financial cycles
- Solid expense tracking and forecasting process for Risk Utility investments
- Ad-hoc reporting as required to evaluate and benchmark the business
- Special analysis as needed for use by managers.

**Qualifications Required**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or any quantitative sciences
- ** Experience**: 8+ years of relevant experience
- ** Certifications**: NA

**Preferred**
- ** Education**: MBA from a premier institute is preferred

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills
- Highly-proficient in MS Office Suite
- Good working knowledge of Excel/pivot tables and PowerPoint
- Good organizational skills
