**Job Overview**:The Digital Marketing-Social Media Specialist is a key member of the marketing team responsible for creating, executing, and managing social media strategies to enhance the organization's online presence, engage with the target audience, and drive brand awareness and conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices, along with creative thinking and analytical skills to optimize campaign performance.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the organization's goals and target audience.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Adapt content to suit the unique requirements and formats of each platform.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels promptly and professionally.
- Foster meaningful interactions with followers and cultivate a positive online community.
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media ad campaigns to reach specific target demographics and achieve desired objectives.
- Utilize targeting options and retargeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting key trends and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify areas for differentiation and improvement.
- Work closely with other teams, such as content creators, designers, and marketing managers, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and thematic alignment with marketing campaigns

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- X+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) for business purposes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt content to different audiences.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and work outside regular office hours, if needed.

The Digital Marketing-Social Media Specialist plays a crucial role in building and maintaining the organization's online brand presence, engaging with the audience, and driving marketing objectives through creative and effective social media strategies. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, creative content creation, and data-driven analysis to ensure successful campaign outcomes

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
