**Job Description: Factory Security Supervisor**

**Location**: Salboni, Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal
**Salary Range**: ₹14,000 to ₹18,000 per month

**Benefits**: EPF & ESIC, Company-provided accommodation

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the security team to ensure the safety and security of the factory premises.
- Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
- Conduct regular inspections and patrols to identify and address security risks.
- Maintain records of incidents and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Coordinate with local authorities in case of emergencies or security breaches.
- Train and guide security staff on protocols and emergency procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a security or supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and make quick decisions.
- Physically fit and alert.
