- Meet sales targets: Telecallers should meet or exceed their sales targets.
- Stay up to date on market trends: Telecallers should keep up with market trends to better help customers.
- Sell products or services: Telecallers are responsible for selling products or services and answering customer queries over the phone.
- Inform customers: Telecallers should discuss products and services with potential customers, and ensure they are aware of the brand.
- Take notes: Telecallers should take notes during conversations to help with follow-ups.
- Gather sales data: Telecallers should gather and document sales data, such as meetings and appointments, in CRM.

Other responsibilities of a telecaller include:

- Calling active or old customers to encourage purchases
- Acquiring and updating contact details
- Having good communication skills
- Being able to inform and pursue potential prospects
- Having detailed knowledge of the product to help customers with problems
- Being a hard-working individual

- Being able to tolerate stress and pressure
