Business Systems Analyst
- for H2R

- Gathering business requirements and with a working knowledge of Oracle HCM
- 3-5 years as a Business Systems Analyst
- Flexibility and willing to learn new business processes and new systems
- 3-5 years working with Oracle E-Business, Oracle HCM (Cloud)
- Managing Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Detailed oriented
- Works independently
- Excellent analytical skills
- Team Player
- Familiar with the Agile Methodology

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
