**Job Overview**

As a CAD Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design and development of various projects by creating detailed technical drawings using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your drafting skills will contribute to the successful completion of engineering and construction projects.

**Duties**
- Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation to produce accurate and detailed drawings
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to translate concepts into technical drawings
- Create 2D and 3D models for mechanical design projects
- Develop schematics and layouts for building structures
- Assist in the review and modification of drawings based on project requirements
- Use NavisWorks to coordinate models from different disciplines

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation
- Strong drafting skills with the ability to create accurate technical drawings
- Knowledge of mechanical design principles
- Familiarity with NavisWorks for model coordination is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
