- Responsible for monitoring of batches as per Batch production record and assist the production team.
- Responsible to report the deviations/observations/abnormalities immediately to Superior.
- Responsible for help in troubleshooting the problem arise in a shift along with Shift in-charge.
- Responsible for ensuring safety practices & instruct to production person for the same.
- Responsible to attend trainings and percolate the same to the shop floor person.
- Responsible to ensure the RM stock availability in advance for batch charging as per timeline.
- Compilation of data with respect to critical parameters, purity and yield along with batch cycle time.
- Responsible for co-ordinating with service departments like Warehouse, Engineering, QC, PE, PR&D & QA. Ensuring the activities bearing to service departments are completed as per the stipulated time.
- Responsible to arrange the documents to execute the New product / Stage in the site like PSSR, P&ID, etc.
- Be a part of the Walk Through at the plant with the PE / R&D / Plant Safety / Engineering Team
- Facility modification, PSSR and Risk assessment.
- Performing basic engineering calculation based on the requirement.

**Qualification**
- B. Tech in chemical engineering**Key Competencies (Technical, Functional & Behavioural)**

**Technical & Functional**:

- Chemical Engineering calculations
- Knowledge on usage of process engineering simulations tools

**Behavioural**:

- Persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Team player
- High level of softs kills - communications, time management.
- Ability to take challenges and time/work pressure, and multitasker.
- English language proficiency.
